Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. The following shipping policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment has been successfully cleared, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Orders may be delayed if additional payment verification is required.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped using UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor delivery.

Shipping transit times are determined by UPS and may vary depending on destination.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments include $200 of insurance coverage at no additional cost.

If a customer would like additional insurance coverage beyond $200, it must be requested and paid for before the order ships.

If additional insurance is not requested, the maximum coverage for loss or damage is limited to $200.

Signature Requirement

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure the package is received safely.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • carrier delays

  • weather related delays

  • lost packages after confirmed delivery

  • theft after delivery confirmation

Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the package when necessary.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Claims are subject to UPS investigation and approval.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Payment Policy

Accepted Payments

We accept secure payments through approved payment processors such as credit cards and other supported checkout options.

All payments must be successfully authorized and cleared before an order is processed.

Payment Verification

To prevent fraud, some orders may require additional verification. This may include:

  • address verification

  • identity confirmation

  • payment method verification

Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Chargebacks

If a customer files a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

  • provide order documentation, delivery confirmation, and communication history to the payment processor

  • suspend future purchases from the customer

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team first to resolve any issues before filing a dispute.

We do not preload, host, or guarantee access to any specific content, channels, or streaming services. Availability and functionality of third-party applications may change at any time based on the decisions of those providers.

By purchasing this product, the customer acknowledges that the device is hardware only and that the use of any applications or services must comply with the terms and policies of the respective providers.
