Return Policy
All sales are final. Please double-check your order before you buy. Because these devices activate and connect to your account, we cannot take returns once an order is placed.
No Returns After Delivery
When the package is delivered to the address you gave us, the order is complete. We do not give refunds for changing your mind.
Opened or Used Devices Cannot Be Returned
If the box has been opened, the device has been turned on, or it has been connected to the internet, it cannot be returned.
No Product Swaps or Exchanges
We do not exchange a device for another model once it has been shipped.
No Returns for Performance or Features
Please make sure you understand what the device can do before you order it. We do not accept returns for things like:
not liking how it works
trouble installing it
wanting different content
expecting different features
Shipping Costs Are Not Refundable
Any shipping fees are final and can’t be refunded.
Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses
Please enter your address correctly. If a package can’t be delivered or is sent back, we cannot issue a refund.
Chargebacks Prohibited
Submission of a false claim, chargeback, or payment dispute after receiving merchandise may be treated as fraud, and supporting documentation will be supplied to payment processors.
Warranty Help
If something is wrong with the device, the warranty covers that through the official support team. A warranty claim does not mean the device can be returned.
